Telemetry-Based Fleet Management: GPRS Data-Link & Geo-Specific Calibration
Landfill fee €25/t, fuel consumption 0.27 l/t, and wear factor 0.85 are locked into the shift model.
Implementation of real-time GPRS monitoring and GPS geofencing. Analysis of telemetry-based maintenance triggers and fleet-wide telemetry sync.
PREDICTIVE_MAINTENANCE_LOGIC
The Arjes integrated GPRS module transmits over 50 sensory parameters directly to the AXE Belgrade Command Center. By monitoring hydraulic pressure spikes and engine load patterns remotely, support engineers can identify potential component fatigue before critical failure occurs, minimizing downtime by detecting torque-fatigue patterns in real-time.
GEOFENCING & ASSET SECURITY
GPS synchronization provides millimetric tracking of primary shredding assets. Automated geofencing protocols trigger immediate alerts if the Impaktor 250 EVO is moved outside defined operational zones in the Belgrade district, ensuring security against unauthorized transport and optimizing deployment logistics for large-scale demolition projects.
REMOTE FIRMWARE CALIBRATION
Utilizing the encrypted telemetry uplink, the Shredder Control Unit (SCU) can receive over-the-air (OTA) updates to crushing algorithms. This allows AXE Machinery to calibrate shaft rotation profiles based on specific regional material density—from Novi Sad concrete to Southern Serbian granite—without a physical technician visit.
